Chelsea Agrees To £10 Million Sponsorship Deal With Cryptocurrency Firm BingX

Premier League soccer team Chelsea has signed a sleeve sponsorship deal with cryptocurrency company BingX that’s worth more than £10 million.

Through the deal, BingX will appear on the front of Chelsea club’s kits for the remainder of the season and also see them extend and appear on the front of the Premier League club’s training kits in the 2024-25 season.

BingX is a crypto exchange that was founded in 2018 and serves 10 million users worldwide.

Interesingly enough, the platform not accessible in the UK where the club is located.

The club agreed to a new front-of-shirt sponsorship deal with Infinite Athlete earlier this season worth £40 million ($48.8 million).

The US data company is set to remain on the front of the kits for the rest of the season.

This deal means that 18 of the 20 Premier League clubs now have crypto partners.

Chelsea’s previous crypto partner WhaleFin terminated a £20m-a-year sleeve sponsorship deal midway through the 2022-23 season which has been one the potential risks of working with crypto firms.
