NBA Launchpad Announces Five Startups For New Cohort

The NBA recently announced the latest cohort for its third Launchpad accelerator program.

NBA Launchpad is the league’s initiative to source, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies that advance the NBA’s top basketball and business priorities. 

The five startups selected include Reboot Motion, Plantiga, Tonsser, TextQL, and Dimension Studio.

The program, which is six months long, gives the startups access to NBA resources and ends with a Demo Day presentation at the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas this July.

Reboot Motion is a platform that provides biomechanical analysis to help athletes move better.

Tonsser is a European-based social scouting and training app.

Plantiga is a company that designs insole sensors to track movement patterns in a wide array of sports. 

TextQL is a platform that simplifies the data-to-insight process for organizations.

Dimension Studio is a 3D production studio for virtual creations.
